Quality Assurance

At Metron we have a proportionate quality assurance (QA) framework to check that we are doing what we promise. Our QA is uniquely designed to ensure we are fulfilling our educational philosophy of cognitive learning and a flipped practical approach to learning. 

For instance all our tutors and online content authors are given a set guidelines and a “secret recipe” to produce content to Metron’s high standards. We have reject content, or adapted content as a result, until it meets our requirements.

Our QA framework also includes Annual Monitoring Reporting, Regular Learner Feedback Surveys. The Quality Committee will review performance
